We strictly control the bottleneck of the series of headspace vial to improve the sealing of the bottles. Precisely pressed bottleneck improve the processing capacity of the automatic sample.
Standard sample vial can be  used for automatic sampling and sample storage,flat bottom is suitable to observe the down movement.when the equipment is operating. The contact surface between flat bottle and septa is big enough that can be sealed closer.
11mm septum only produced by high quality material to ensure proper functions. They are suitable for applying to liquid chromatograph that can against septum from drop into vials at the time of sample injection. The septa is made of PTFE and silicone. They possess the character of excellent chemical inertness and multiply injection. The sickness of the septa is 3mm,PTFE account for about 0.08 mm.
